Deciding to check on Nicole first, you leave the kitchen and charge upstairs towards her doorway. With a slight knock on the door, you wait for a few seconds until you don't hear anything. Shrugging your shoulders, you push the door open and peek through the doorway, heart thumping in your chest as you await the moment of truth. You wait in silence, half-expecting her to wake up and shout at you, but it soon becomes clear to you that the pills had apparently done their job. As your eyes adjust to the darkness of her room, you are able to make out the passed out form of Nicole sprawled out on her bed, her breath coming in slowly making her substantial chest rise and fall.
