Suggest that the leader and Tishia should share you

"Back home, one of us would sometimes be... shared, among more than one woman," you say, trying to defuse the situation. You point at Tishia and then the leader. "I can... service both of you."
The leader pauses. "You can... supply both of us with your tube?"
"Not at the same time," you say. "There's only one of me, and I have only one... tube. But you two could trade off."
The leader pauses for a moment, thinking.
"First, let me try your... tube."
She walks over to you,and you stroke yourself back to hardness. As the leader starts to lower herself downwards, you sit up and quickly whisper to her that there will be one moment of pain the first time and after that every time will be pure pleasure.
She nods, and you lie back down. As with Tishia, once she impales herself onto you, you wait until the shock of her breaking her hymen is over with and then help her slowly build a rhythm. When she climaxes for the first time, a blissful expression comes over her face. Since you've just been drained, you last a bit longer than with Tishia, and by the time you fill the leader's box with your sperm, you're both very tired. It takes a good minute before she slowly rises to her feet.
"That did feel as good as Tishia described," the leader proclaims. She turns to you. "Your proposal is acceptable. Tishia and I will share your tube."
You talk with her and Tishia about details of where you are to live, what food they have available, and so forth, and eventually it is agreed that you will be placed in a room in the leader's dwelling and every three days they will bring you a wild boar which they will trap, meaning your sole job is to lie on the bed and let Tishia or the leader ride you. One boar every three days, if they can manage it, will be more than enough to sustain you: the elves, of course, eat vegetables and fruits. And you no longer need your armor or weapon: they are put in a safe place.
You wonder if they know about pregnancy.
