"How about some food?" you suggest.
Ava giggles. "That's a good idea." Hannah bustles off, and returns a few minutes later with a fine repast. The three of you consume the food and drink, and Hannah clears the remains.
Ava leads you to a bathroom, and you perform a needed function before showering. You dry off and return to the room, where Ava and Hannah are waiting.
"Ava thinks you could be a good companion for her," Hannah tells you. "You'll need to build up your muscles."
