You stomp on the smiling mime's foot. He jumps back, then hops around, holding his wounded foot. You're impressed with how he doesn't make a sound while doing so. After a few minutes, he stops hopping and tentatively puts his wounded foot back on the ground. He smiles upon seeing that his foot can bear his weight, then he wags his finger at you reproachfully.
