You decided to stay at your position, watching out for a possible Soviet counterattack. You spot off in the far distance a Soviet Hind helicopter, so far off that the loud roar of the engine is not audible. You whisper into your radio to your allies that the chopper is coming, and you guess that they'd have two minutes before the Hind is in range to fire. Rehman calmly replies that he will think of something, and within moments of that, you spot him shouting at the other mujaheddin. You see your allies hastily throwing the jackets of the dead Soviets over their own clothes, and lying silent in the road by the burning tank. To anyone on the ground, the disguise would not fool even the stupidest of people, but from the air, the Afghan freedom fighters looked just like dead Soviets.
The Hind came up on the ambush site a minute later, and hovered over the mixed sea of Soviet bodies and Afghan impostors. The pilots fell for the ruse, and surveyed the sea of bodies.
