Smiley is a gorgeous, but cheerfully insane, woman who works at the Trailer Park in the Red Light District.

Smiley’s room is… different. Gibberish has been graffitied all over her room, and there are posters of such diverse individuals as Pee-Wee Herman, Karl Marx, Flava Flav, and Ted Turner. Her book collection includes works by Adolf Hitler, Robert Crumb, Andy Warhol, and Noam Chomsky.
