You slide your body sideways and swing your hatchet in a horizontal plane, just at the right height to separate Marie's head from her shoulders.

Marie's lightning-quick reflexes enable her to duck under your hatchet. Before you can react, she slips her knife into her left hand and slices open your throat.

You drop to the ground, your hatchet falling from your limp hand. Marie ends your troubles with one fast blow, separating your head from your body.
