Pain shoots through your leg. You've been cut pretty deep.
"Tim, help me into the back of the squad car," you say, your voice thick with pain. "I can barely walk."
Your partner, Tim, carries you the way a groom carries his wife over the threshold. He gently places you into the back of the squad car and then gets behind the wheel.
Tim puts the pedal to the metal, and is going at highway speeds through the city streets. The closest hospital is about ten miles away.
Along the ride you scan the woman's memory, and find out the following about yourself and Tim: You are married to Zach Gates, an emergency room doctor, and have no children. Tim is single, also childless, and you think he may have a crush on you.
