She tries to bypass the security

Looking behind her shoulder, Jadzia started to use a few techniques she had learned while working on the Cardassian computer to gain access to the locked record.
Half an hour and ten isolinear chips later, she had finally gotten to the hidden locked record. It was a scientific log entry along with diagrams and charts. Dax was in shock as she read:
"Medical log, supplemental. My discovery that the strange effects throughout the station are from a signal originating from the Trivas system opens up new possibilities for myself. I have modified the station's deflector array to intercept, amplify and then transmit the signal to Jadzia's quarters. I will activate the array sometime this evening, with any luck, when I go to her quarters, she will be begging for sex, although I'm not sure what the exact effects will be on her as the signal will be highly concentrated. In a moment I will brief Major Kira about the information regarding the signal. End log."
Dax slammed the PADD on the table angrily. "That bastard! One fuck wasn't enough for him!? But at the same time it's kind of exciting."
She thought about the whole situation for a while, trying to decide what to do.
