The dark elf girl gets to her feet and sits down next to you. She remains silent for a minute, and you're about to ask her why she's next to you before she says, "Listen, if we don't mate they'll probably kill me, especially if you die. If we do mate, they might still have me killed. The problem is that I don't trust you enough as a mate, however gentle you've been to me so far. So we must trade bodies."
This idea surprises you, and you're not quite sure what she's talking about. She reads it on your face, and points to her teeth.
"My family keeps a special gem hidden in our teeth. As I'm sure you know, once a dark elf mates, she is bound to her mate for life. This gem offers an escape from this in the event of a rape with the form of a body swap, but it only works before being bound to a mate. You haven't tried to rape me, which is why I'm giving you a choice. Would you accept life as a dark elf mating an orc?"
