If she isn't going to move on her own, you'll have to make her move. You grab her arm, roughly pull her aside, and toss her out of the way. You start for the door when she reaches out and grabs your arm.
"Becky, call the police," she says to the other waitress who is near the back, "we have someone who wants to leave without paying."
You tear her hand from your arm and push her back. She stumbles and falls into one of the booths in the middle island.
"Tony! We have someone who doesn't want to pay!" she shouts toward the back, and her words are echoed by Becky.
You decide it'd be best if you get the hell out of here before Tony gets to you and rush out the door. In your hurry, you fail to notice a 12-year old boy riding by on his skateboard and plow right into him as you exit.
You knock the boy to the ground, and his skateboard rolls across the sidewalk for a few more feet without a rider.
The boy's arms are a little scraped up from hitting the pavement and he looks like he might cry.
You feel a powerful shiver run down your whole body as your time left ticks below five minutes. It took way too long to get by that pushy waitress.
