S413 Dive off the cot away from the guard

When you jump off of the cart the handcuffs holding your ankles bring the cot with you. Now awkwardly sprawled on the floor you try to life yourself up to see what is happening. The security guard walks around the foot side of your bed and pulls out a syringe filled with clear liquid. He kicks you in the gut forcefully, leaving you winded. “When will you subjects learn?” he says softly as he injects you with the fluid. You pass out on the floor and the guard leaves the room silently.
