You make a brave dash across the lava. After your first step, you sink to your ankles, and they burn. After your next step, you sink to your knees, and they burn. Soon the lava swallows you completely. Your body is burned away, but the pain persists. Your very soul is caught in the lava, where you burn for all eternity.
