You quickly swivel your head away from the walkie talkie. Avoiding probably a terrible death.
"Finally.." The device transmits,"Now go and do something else. Thank goodness you actually looked away, I might have actually not done it."
As the voice finishes the last sentence you realise that he most likely would have not killed you. Then again, you still think not staring at the walkie talkie was a good decision. What do you do now?
