Pay for the entire day

You pay for the room and get the key. Checkout time is noon tomorrow. Tom frowns as he walks beside you toward the long strip of tiny motel room, the building in disrepair, the siding broken, the paint peeling, half the windows boarded up. Your room doesn't have broken windows, at least.
You open the door, the room cold and musty as you step inside.
"You didn't need to pay for a whole day," Tom says as he closes the door. "This shouldn't take more than a hour."
"Actually, you said it was a hundred bucks for 'whatever' I wanted," you say. "I want the whole day."
"Whoa, I never agreed to that," Tom says.
"Then give me back my money," you say, holding out your hand.
Tom puts his hand over his pocket, but doesn't take the money out. "And what if I don't?"
You say:
- "I'll call the cops."
- "I'll knock your teeth out and take it from you."
- "Then you better give me my money's worth."
