You ignore the rapidly evaporating water and choose to do something else. Miraculously, the rapid evaporation ends up condensing into the sky, creating an atmosphere all by itself. The temperature continues to cool down, and oxygen is getting released everywhere around the planet. Just by the presence of oceans, you note, the planet is starting to thrive.
You try to look back and recall the side-note from the beginning:
A range of 250-750 in both atmosphere and temperature levels would create plants. Both around the range 375-625 would start producing animals.
You look at your Biometer and clearly see that plant life are starting to grow, but your atmosphere level is a little below the range for animals.
