A Sword worthy of fine knights, crafted from rare metals inside volcanoes. could be a great weapon, though it would be stereotypical of a knight.

Well, perhaps an Axe of dwarven make, Finely crafted over the course of two days. would hack all things for me, and maim them all.

Although if I would prefer cruder weapons to fight with a Black Iron mace, tempered to resist rust and charmed by elves to be light but no less deadly would fit the bill.
