An old man was standing before you, his wide, pale eyes shining like moons through the gloom of the shop. You wished he would blink. Those silvery eyes were a bit creepy. You understood that this was the famous Mr. Olivander from Diagon Alley.
"Ah," he said sharply, making you jump as a wand floated before you. "Birch, 12 and a half inches, dragon heartstring."
You stood there, bewildered at the object which had manifested before you
"Don't just stand there," he said with an eager smile "take it, it chose you remember!"
Clumsily you grab at the wand, after thanking Mr. Ollivander you exit the shop.
"Enjoy the housing ceremony!" he calls after you.
