From Create Your Own Story
You look at the front door to see no one is there. Odd, you was sure you heard a door opening. Looking to your left, or as very little to your left as far as the game will let you. You see Katie coming out of the bathroom, with slump shoulders.
Player Kevin: That was quick. You cleaned the whole thing?
Katie: No... I forgot to bring the cleaning equipment with me...
Player Kevin: Should have done that before you ran in there.
She ignores you as she walks to the right, out of you point of view. You think maybe you should apologize to her, that was a little mean of you. Before you think about how, you can hear Anna again, talking to you from somewhere in the bar.
Anna: And who was that cutie pie?
Player Kevin: Katie. She works here with me.
Anna: Oh, a co-worker lover? Or maybe, your boss and mistress? Or is she just your girlfriend?
Player Kevin: Co-worker. And she not my girlfriend, mistress or lover. We're just friends. Who only see each other at our work place.
Anna: Would you like her to be more then friends? Like bed mates, shall we say?
You raise a eyebrow, completely lost of she means by that.
Anna: It means sex friends. Or fuck buddies. Two people who are close and also have-
Player Kevin: I GET IT!
You then hear Katie voice, calling back at you.
Katie: Are you ok back there? Is someone giving you trouble?
It was too late for you to control the volume of your voice, but you just feel Anna giving you a smirk as you remember only you can hear or can talk to her. You call back to Katie.
Player Kevin: No! No one is here. Just... Yelling at the Tv. I'm watching a game.
You grab the remote hidden in your pocket and change the channel to a sports channel to try and back up your excuse for yelling at thin air.
Katie: What is with you men and football?! Or soccer or... Whatever your watching!
Player Kevin: What is taking YOU so long just to get a bucket and a mob?
Katie: I need other things too!
Anna: Oh, the joys of friendship. You know what could make it better?
You mentally tell her while that would be nice, you can't. The game only let's you do things to the side characters in certain events. So while you can talk to her, you can't touch her. Not until you trigger a event first. Anna then stays quiet for a moment, then tell you something weird.
Anna: What if I make my own 'events' for this 'game' of yours. Will you be able to touch her then? Yes or No.
You shrug your shoulders at her, not knowing if that is even possible or if she can even do that.
Anna: That does not look like a "No".~
With that, she is quiet again. You wonder what she is going to do if she can change the rules of the game. What will happen?
