Let Kat walk with you back to your house

"I like how you think," you tell her.
Kat kisses you again. She really likes doing that.
"Shall we?" she purrs, gently taking your hand.
You nod and begin the trek back towards your house. The conversation flows easily. Kat is very personable.
When you arrive, your mother and sister are there to greet you. You introduce Kat, who bows and flashes a charming smile. You step inside and show Kat around your house, which is much smaller than hers.
"I like your house better," Kat says. "It has a happy family in it."
Valerie and Jessica grin. You trundle off to your room to get some studying done, while Kat sits and talks with the two female members of your household.
When you finish, you head back downstairs. Jessica, who appears to be blushing, quickly stands up and heads for the kitchen, alleging that she needs to get dinner started. Valerie explains the situation.
"Kat didn't openly hit on us, but it's clear she'd take Mom or I to bed in a heartbeat if we wanted."
Kat giggles. "This entire family is made up of sweet and attractive people."
Now it's your turn to blush. Kat must be desperately lonely, you realize.
Kat takes your hand. "Valerie said we could use her room, but only if she's invited to the party."
