Leave the bow and arrows behind
From Create Your Own Story
You're not sure if you can figure out how to open the heavy stone door, and you fear there may be a trap behind it anyway. With a sigh, you leave the elegant bow behind. At least you still have the sticks of dynamite, your revolver, and your sword.
You crawl through the narrow, cramped tunnel on your hands and knees. It makes several sharp twists and turns, and is clearly going downward, deeper and deeper into the bowels of the earth. Finally, you emerge into a large stone hall, lit with the same greenish glow as the earlier passages. Statues of warriors of old line the walls, neatly arranged by size. The ones nearest you are the size of a normal human, but they gradually grow taller and taller as your eyes gaze further and further down the hall.
When a band of eight skeleton warriors, armed with swords and spears, suddenly appears and charges you, you don't even panic or draw your gun. Instead, you easily slice and dice them to bits with your sword. For the last skeleton, you perform a backflip kick on it that is so powerful, its skull is completely shattered into tiny pieces. The headless bones crash to the stone floor as you land neatly on your booted feet. You shake your head, your long silky dark brown hair flying, as if to say, "That all you got?"
As if in response to your silent question, heavy footsteps sound in the distance. Very heavy. A gigantic skeleton warrior, taller than the tallest statues in the room, probably at least twenty feet tall, appears from out of the darkness. In its bony right hand it carries a proportionately oversized spear, as thick as your muscular thigh. In its left it holds a giant rectangular shield, and a massive sword is sheathed on its hip.
You fire your gun, and you see the bullets impact the monster's ribs and skull, but they don't even dent the superhumanly strong bones. You swallow hard in fear, having to tell yourself, "Stay calm, Anastasia."
You look at your dynamite, then back at the small tunnel you came in through.
