Keep quiet and let Liane examine you

"R-right, um..." Liane says, trying her best not to stare at your 18 inch love tool. "Well, um, orc, if you could please lie down on the MRI, I'll begin examining you."
"MRI?" you ask, as you curiously look around.
"T-the bed-like thing behind you."
You turn to see a weird looking machine. It kind of looks like a hole with a tongue sticking out. But you figure it's nothing dangerous, and lie down as instructed. "Now, just relax, this will only take a moment." Liane says, as the machine begins to rumble.
"I'll leave you to your work, doctor." the man says as he leaves.
"Bye, James." she responds.
After the MRI test, Liane takes a small sample of your blood, tests your blood pressure, pretty much what your brother of mind usually does when he examines you from time to time. But then she asks you to stand, and starts playing with your balls.
"Okay, I want you to turn your head and cough." she says.
