Kate gets up to answer the door

"Just a minute," Kate yells at the door.
Quickly slipping back into her T-shirt, she opens the door, hiding her slick fingers behind her back. Standing in the doorway is a handsome young man, wearing a simple t-shirt and jeans. He has short, cropped black hair, and thick rimmed hipster glasses that frame his green eyes.
"Hi, I'm Matt", he says, with a friendly smile. Her eyes soak in the strong line of his jaw, and the scruffy shadow of a beard his face is sporting.
"Can I help you with something Matt?" she asks.
Boldly, he replies, "well, I think it's you that might need a hand. Are you aware that you can see into this room from across the courtyard? I was just staring out the window, and...well, I saw you." A sheepish grin spreads across his face.
Kate is taken aback at Matt's straightforward advance, before her eyes catch sight of the pronounced tenting in his jeans, and the fifth of vodka in his hand.
