"Who is it?" you ask.
"Can I come in daddy?"
It's Jessica knocking on your door. You turn back to your webcam. "Don't go anywhere yet... Come in honey!"
Little Jessie enters your office wearing a towel and not much else. Her hair is damp and drying. She closes the door behind her then walks up behind you before she notices there's someone on your monitor.
"You remember my assistant Julie, don't you? Say hi Jess."
Jessie politely waves at the screen and Julie smiles back. Your daughter clearly came in here for a reason but now she's just standing there awkwardly.
"Did you need something honey?"
"Well I wanted to ask mom some things but she wanted to help Tim with his bath. So I thought I'd ask you instead."
"Of course. What is it?"
Jessie glances at your monitor.
"Don't worry about her."
Jess turns her focus back to you. "Umm, well, like... why don't boys get boobies?"
You raise an eyebrow. What an odd question.
"I suppose we do actually, but they're just flat. When boys hit puberty their penises get bigger but when girls hit puberty their chests get bigger. So boys do have boobs but they just don't grow like yours will in a couple years. Eventually you'll have a pair just like your mom or Julie here."
"Oh! I guess that makes sense. So I won't grow a penis?"
You shake your head adamantly. "No! Not at all."
Jessie seems a bit disappointed by this.
