Investigate the cavern with the altar

You approach the altar, examining it with fascination. It's made of stone, with exquisitely detailed carvings of warriors and priests decorating its sides.
Suddenly, the altar splits in the middle and begins to slide open. You turn and begin running, but skeletons appear out of nowhere from every direction. They advance, forming a tightening circle, surrounding you and the altar, spears at the ready. You gulp in fear.
A figure emerges from underneath the altar. It's a man, tall and heavily muscled, with dark brown skin and long, wild black hair, dressed as an ancient Inca warrior. The skeletons bow before him submissively. He motions for them to rise, then looks you up and down.
