Frustrated, and feeling lost without her phone, Alice boards a bus for the short trip to Andrew's place. Andrew rents a room a few minutes off campus in a house shared with a two other guys.
After a short trip on the bus trying to avoid meeting the gaze of the creepy dude in sweatpants and a trench coat, Alice arrives at the house. The lawn is ill-kept and the flower gardens are overgrown with weeds. A Frisbee sticks out of the jungle of greenery beside the front steps. A dilapidated but comfortable couch on the front porch holds young couple chatting, making out, and sharing a cigarette.
As she approaches Alice feels a little self conscious and adjusts her shirt, the lacy fabric of her bra rubbing distractingly against her nipple. The young man on the couch pulls away from kissing his companion, and says, "Hi, I'm Charles," and gesturing to his slightly chunky redheaded companion, "and this is Mandy." Although he's sitting down, Alice can tell Charles is extremely tall. Spying her broken phone, Charles says "Ahh, You must be looking for Andrew, He's downstairs in his room messing with his computer stuff like usual. Go on in."
Alice can't help but notice his strong jawline and large hands, and briefly imagines his hands caressing her face and hair, as he kisses her. Giggling, she ignores Mandy's scowl and walks through the door into the student house.
Down the stairs, the hallway to Andrews smells of empty beer cans and stale Mr Noodles. The door is cracked open and Andrew has a big bulky headset on and is seriously engaged in some sort of frantic shooting game, and doesn't notice your approach.
