You decide to take the trip north with a few CIA officers, despite the December Russian cold. It takes a while to get to the Northern seaport of Murmansk. The Russian hosts offer you tours around the area. For this time of the year, the town sure looks busy.
You notice some activity especially to the west of Murmansk. When you ask your tour guides, they do not give you much information. You ask them if you can venture West, to the naval towns west of the Fjord, but the hosts seem reluctant, citing some needed operations and hazardous weather. They seem very much wanting to show you Murmansk and sites east.
