You let him search you unimpeded. He finds your American papers and looks at them. His eyes start to glow and looks at you again.
"Are you from the CIA?" he asks.
"Yes," you answer, hoping he does not arrest you.
The man introduces himself as CARDINAL, a special CIA agent in Russia who is responsible for monitoring Soviet activity. He is spying on the new ship and has found the same thing about the ship as you have. Now CARDINAL is preparing to report back to the CIA but keeping himself secret since he is officially part of the Russian government. He is glad you are along too but cautions you it will be hard to get back to Moscow and to escape Russian detection. He asks you to follow along with him out of the alley.
