You advise moving on with normal propulsion. The ship will not be silent.
The ship is reaching a lane with a massif about 5 minutes ahead when sonar has encountered an aircraft flying above in the air. The aircraft has dropped a small object into the water which Borodin has identified as a sonabuoy. It is likely the ship will be known in matter of moments. Ramius calls the men to battle stations and the ship is in a frenzy of activity in no time.
The torpedo has been launched into the water and acquired. It is about 1 minute away from collision. Should you launch countermeasures to buy time until you approach the massif or should you turn and bottom the ship to avoid the torpedo?
