Hitman/Shoot guard, back entrance

You reach for the gun in your pocket, but the guard is faster than you. He shoots you in the shoulder before you can fire a shot. He yells takes his radio and calls for assistance while holding you at gunpoint. Within a minute two other guards arrive. They all have their guns unholstered. You lay on the ground holding your shoulder and grunt because of the immense pain. After another few minutes police arrive and take you in custody. Your treated at a hospital. After 3 months you are finally sentenced to 15 months imprisonment.
This was the wrong choice.
