"My quarters are just around the corner," you say with a sly grin.
She seems excited by the idea. She puts her arm around your waist, and you put yours around her shoulder. This is going much better than you expected.
You look carefully at the room numbers as you walk, remembering the directions from the computer screen. You pass Room 3C-46 and the name plate says, "Yeoman Janice Rand". Your room is next door to Yeoman Rand's quarters! You suppress the urge to whoop.
You get to your room and just walk toward the door. It opens with a whoosh.
You are in the lounge area with a table and two chairs and a small couch. To the left you can see the sleeping area and bed.
