Remembering how last weekend the long lines kept you from partying you grab your keys and head out. In the hallway you see your landlady Miss April Levine. She's a chain smoking fifty year old, who use to be an underwear model in her younger years. She's wearing a pair of sweat pants with a t-shirt that says CAT'S ARE GREAT and smoking a cigarette. Despite her age she has kept some of the attractivness of youth, with long legs and c cup breasts that sag just a little, she's still a decent looking gal, but a real pain in the ass when it comes to rent. Passing her by she stops talking to your neighbor and says, "rent is due next week".
