You walk over to the clinic.

"Hi!" the pretty receptionist chirps. "May I help you?"

You pull out the ad from the paper, and a pen. You write "need de-zombification."

She nods. "I'll call Dr. Nance in immediately."

Dr. Nance, a tall,dark-skinned man in a white lab coat, comes down a few minutes later. "We've got a real one!" the secretary tells him.

He smiles. "Great!" He gestures for you to follow him. You tag along to a room where Dr. Nance straps you to a table. He prepares an injection and gives you an anesthetic. As you fade to black, you feel the needle being inserted into your neck.

When you wake, you're strapped to the same table. You feel a desire for a hamburger.

Dr. Nance undoes the straps. "I do this for free," he smiles. "I have plenty of money. We don't often get live zombies to work on."

You bounce up from the table. "Thanks, Doc."

He waves you out the door. It's now morning in Victoria.

You have $45 (Canadian) to your name.
