Your friends text you back saying they're out having pizza. They invite you to join them. Your stomach grumbles. You could do with some pizza. But how do you get away from here?
The boy clears his throat noisily. 'I'm going to the back room to get the other scissors,' he says. You don't even lift your head. Your friends text you asking whether you're coming. You look at Charlotte. she's definitely fast asleep. Evelyn seems to be too. The boy is in the back. You guess you should probably tell him before you leave. You don't want him waking Evelyn up when he discovers you're gone.
