Getting warm seems to you a good idea so you follow him down into the basement, he opens a door into a large spacious area which is well lit and warm with nice furniture scattered about.
"The storm looks like it's set in for the night." He says shutting and locking the door. "I doubt you'll do much business up there tonight, what do you say I give you two hundred and fifty for the night?"
