Go and free the sacrifice

As soon as you are sure the knights are gone, you rush up to the helpless sacrifice and start freeing her. She looks at you, afraid at first, but soon her expression changes to confusion.
"An orc? I was sure a dragon would come to eat me."
You freeze, and nervous sweat pours down your face. "A... dragon? You're being sacrificed to a dragon?"
She nods. "Yes. It's so he won't attack the town. This happens once every two years, the dragon likes a fresh maiden to eat, and won't attack our town if we appease his appetites."
"You seem awfully calm about it." you say, as you desperately try to free her as quickly as you can.
"I'm happy to be able to save my town and family. Sure, I don't want to die. But I'd gladly sacrifice myself for my family. So, I would appreciate it if you would not untie me."
This is truly and odd turn of events. But before you can answer the willing sacrifice, you hear a loud crash from behind. You slowly turn around and see a very large red dragon, licking its drool covered maw. He's the size of at least four horses, and his wing span is enormous.
The dragon chuckles as he looks at the two of you. "Ah, those humans have truly brought me quite the meal today. My favorite in one place. Orc with a side of fresh maiden. I must thank the lord of the town with some of my gold for such a feast."
