You know that Sophie and Amber are friends and that they gossip, especially about juicy stuff like sex. So you figure that there’s no harm in telling her.
“The truth?” you ask her. Amber nods and leans closer. “Sophie wanted to know what sex in the water was like.”
“And that’s what you were talking about?” she asks.
“Not exactly,” you explain. “I was going to show her. Until you interrupted that is.”
“Right there in the middle of the lake!” Amber exclaims. “That’s why she wanted to get rid of me.” You nod in agreement. “I can’t believe she was that bold. But nothing happened?”
“Nope. You broke things up,” you accuse.
Amber sighs. “And now I’m just stuck here.”
“Just punishment,” you say. “But maybe you can work off your sentence.”
Amber looks at you inquisitively. “What did you have in mind?”
