It is obvious that Leila and Alia do not like each other. Leila claims to be a dissident journalist who was imprisoned for criticizing the Assad regime. Alia accuses Leila of being an Al-Qaeda terrorist.
Meanwhile, Alia's story is that she was just trying to make a living smuggling cigarettes from her native Jordan into Syria when she was captured by the Syrians. Leila insists that Alia is actually a police spy working for the Assad regime, going undercover as a phony prisoner to trick real prisoners into giving her valuable information.
You know that you have to get out of this cell before tomorrow, when the professional interrogators arrive. You're going to need help. You're going to have to trust one of your new companions. But which one?
