Wise decision : the galleon disappears in the Rio Amarillo's murky depths almost immediately after you get back aboard Midnight. Your men still blame you for the loss of all this loot, and YOU LOSE 1 AUTHORITY POINT.


Among the captives is a girl of about eighteen, dressed in upper-class clothes.

"Um, hi, my name's Maria, sir," she stammers, obviously frightened by your crew. "Don't hurt me please, my father's a very rich merchant. He'll pay you a lot if you take me back to him."


Which brings you to an important question: What to do with the captives? Some of your men advise you to have them walk the plank, while others say the crew could use extra hands.
