Fill the atmosphere with gases found in your planets atmosphere.

From Create Your Own Story

You press a few buttons, and a tube ejects from the bottom of your ship. It lands on the planet, beginning to create an atmosphere.

Soon, the tube becomes spent and heads back to the ship for refill. A thin, but stable atmosphere is now present on the planet. A side-effect also happens, however: the newly added green house gases absorb some of the radiation that had bounced away from the planet and pull them back to the surface. This causes the temperature to rise slightly.

You stop and gaze for a moment to appreciate all the science involved in the process of making such a planet. But that's only for a moment and you go back to work.
