Emma arrives late(BW)

Emma pushed the buzzer, she had spent the previous twenty minutes worrying about the but plug she should be wearing, after removing it to use the toilet she found she couldn't get it back in. The door clicks open and she pushes it open and walks on in and through to the changing room. Removing her dress and shoes she places them on the table. She noticed the outfit when she entered the room and picks it up to put it on, the outfit consists of white stockings complete with suspender belt and a white heart shaped corset, next to the table was a pair of white heels with a ludicrously tall six inch stiletto heel. Emma quickly puts on the outfit and then checks herself in the tall mirror to make sure it looks okay, she suspected it would look like bridal lingerie and she's not surprised that it does. Dressed and ready Emma kneels down and places her hands behind her head and waits for the old man. Emma is knelt in position for roughly five minutes before he enters, naked and carrying the riding crop and a sheet of paper.
"You're late, explain!"
"I'm sorry, Sir, I was scared, I took the plug out last night and couldn't get it back in after and I was scared you would punish me."
"The punishment for not having the plug in is six strokes of the crop and for being late is six strokes of the crop, if you had pressed the buzzer when you arrived instead of dithering for twenty minutes, you'd be facing six strokes of the crop and not twelve."
"I'm sorry Master." Emma says with tears welling up.
"However I have a contract here that will legalise our Master/slave relationship, I'll read it for you."I Emma Jones hereby agree to becoming the willing slave of James Lloyd and to perform any action he asks, as long as this does not interfere with the raising of my child, this will include any sex act and body modification to include piercings, tattoos and possible breast augmentation. "I James Lloyd hereby agree to become the master of Emma Jones, to punish her only with good reason and not to excess, to look after her health and well being and make sure she comes to no permanent harm. Both parties also agree that that this contract lasts one year and must be re-signed after the end of this period, and a safe word system will also be incorporated at the beginning of the next year. "As you can see simple and straight forward, you have responsibilities and so do I."
"But you can make me do that anyway why should I sign away a year?"
"The contract is clear I have to look after your health without it I can indulge my deepest darkest kinks, I don't have to make sure you get away on time to pick up your child and at the end of the year you can walk away."
"I don't have to re-sign at the end of the year?"
"No, you're free to walk away or re-sign."
Emma looks at him unable to believe he thinks she'll actually re-sign in a years to but does she want to sign it for a year.
