Every day, a goblin is executed. Eventually the goblin chief admits that he organised the gladiator matches. Apparently, they had always been doing this, long before they started working for you.
You could kill him as an example, but he has a nobility unlike other goblins. You admire that. He probably won't do something like this again. Of course, sparing him might make you look soft.
