"I could handle your power, Justin. How about one set?" The boy smiles then offers a bet.
"Let's make it interesting. One set $200."
"You're on."
After you all spend 30 minutes working with the coaches, you play your match. The boy serves first, and much to your surprise, does overpower you, winning 4 out of 5 points. He then immediately breaks your serve to go up 2-0. You slow things down and adjust to his play, forcing a deuce in the the third game and holding serve to make it 1-3. You play good defense in the next game, breaking serve on his errors and hold your own to draw even at 3. You both hold serve until the score reaches 5-6. You serve to stay in the match, but you hit a shot that he calls long even though you are sure the mark is on the line.
