As you walk down the corridor you feel a presence behind you. Spinning around, you see the Traveller standing behind the woman. You go to call out to him, but he raises a finger to his lips. He leans silently over the woman’s shoulder and watches as she writes a few notes in the margines of a page. He looks up at you with a sly smile and points down at her book and mimes writing something.

You immediately know what he is asking you to do and vigorously nod your head, eager to please him. His smile widens and he snaps his fingers. Strangely, no sound comes from his fingers, but instead a shelf on the opposite wall drops, sending the items on it spilling all over the floor. The woman lets out a string of curses and slowly clambers down from her raised chair.

You look back to where the Traveller was standing, but he has vanished. As the woman struggles to bend over to pick up a silver goblet, you sneak up to the ledger and pick up the quill next to it.
