You bend down to try to reclaim the scraps of fabric that was once your favorite skirt. It is torn pretty badly, but it is better than being half-naked in public. Unfortunately, bending down was a big mistake. The hook of the crane snags on the back of your panties and as it rises back up, it lifts you off the ground. Not only are you now in your underwear, but you are dangling ten feet off the ground, suspended by your panties. Of course the thin fabric of your underwear can't support your weight for long and you hear a tear as you come loose and tumble downward, now bottomless. You land in a sheet of wet cement, which breaks your fall nicely, but also immobilizes you with the heavy, thick fluid squeezing up around your hands and knees.
You struggle to get out of the cement as best you can, but it is too difficult to pull your limbs out, plus it is quickly drying. In only a few moments, you find yourself locked on your hands and knees, with your rear end completely exposed and on display with construction workers gathering around.
