You take Brendon around to the passenger door and climb into the van, wrinkling your nose at the stench of the strange man's body odor paired with the disgusting food in the van, and the unmissable smell of piss. He drives you back to his apartment block, a horrid thing that appears like it should have been bulldozed years before. When the stranger drags you inside, you see the floors are covered with garbage and what appears to be animal shit, and there are rats and cockroaches in the mix. There isn't a working elevator, so you're dragged up the stairs to the man's apartment, which is even filthier than the lobby. The smell makes you retch, and you've stepped in what is definitely human shit within a few steps.
