Chief O'Brien, strangely dressed

"You?! Smiley?" Jadzia shouted in shock as she looked up. She could tell by his dark, worn clothing and his lack of a communicator that he was not the Chief O'Brien that she knew, this was the Miles O'Brien from the mirror universe!
"Hold on, before you go off calling security, please reconsider," he stated as he pulled out a weapon.
"What do you want? What are you doing here?"
"None of your concern but now that we've met, you'll come with me," he said in an irritated tone.
Smiley led Dax to the nearest cargo bay at gun-point. He held her tight while he scanned the transporter console with a strange device. He hurried to the transporter pad and they beamed away into the other universe.
Smiley rushed to Ops of the space station known to her as Deep Space Nine but to the citizens of this universe, Terok Nor. Julian was currently on duty when they got there.
"Smiley, you're back rather quickly, where's Stock...What are you doing!? Get your hands off of her or I'll hit you across the jaw! I think I'll do so anyway!"
"Wait Julian, let me explain..."
"Jadzia, why are you wearing those clothes! What's the matter with you?" but then he paused realizing who she really was, "What are you doing here? Why did you bring her here Smiley!?"
Miles motioned towards his office and the three went inside.
"Jadzia is here because she saw me before I was disguised."
"Idiot..." Julian mumbled.
"Oh shut up. If they knew I was there they would have hindered me from completing the mission so I brought her here to decide what to do with her."
"What are you trying to do Miles? Why were you over there?" Dax pondered.
"Well, I suppose it won't make things worse, you already know too much. Two days ago we discovered a traitor working in the rebellion, he's a Terran named William Stockton. He managed to get away though when we came to capture him. We looked throughout the station but then discovered that he stole a multidimensional transporter device, like you saw me use when we came here, which he used to go over to your side. So a few hours ago, I went to your side to search for him, until you ran into me that is."
"So you aren't causing the strange effect that is on the station?" Dax asked.
"No, but I thought the confusion would help."
"If you just want to find this man and take him back here, I'll help you, nobody else has to know, and I can use the stations sensors to find him faster."
"No!" Julian shouted, "I wouldn't trust this woman any more than I would trust her counterpart whom I love. She will stay here until the mission is complete, then she can go back before we have waves of duplicates coming here to look for her."
"That decision is mine,"Smiley stated authoritatively, "she will..."
