Cheer Camp - Catch up to the girls

You quickly throw your bags into one of the smaller cabins and tell the guys you'll see them later. Your friend Chris gives you a funny look as you sprint out, and it takes almost 5 minutes for you to catch up with the girls. You notice that Paige is in the group, along with three other girls. You recognize them as Carine, Rachel, and Andrea. You're just okay friends with all of them, but luckily you have had enough conversations with all of them for it to not be awkward. Carine is somewhat short with long black hair and brown eyes, and is wearing grey yoga pants with a pair of nikes, along with a black college hoodie. Rachel is wearing a white t-shirt and black leggings, and her bra is easily visible. She, like Carine, has long black hair and brown eyes, but is a little bit taller. Andrea is the most athletic of the group, and is wearing a black zip-up hoodie with camo booty shorts, and a pair of vans. She has brown hair and also has brown eyes.
"Where are you guys headed?" you ask. They all wait a second, waiting for someone to say something, and Rachel and Carine speak up at the same time. Carine stairs down Rachel and laughs, then speaks up again. "Well we all looked this place up before we left. There's supposed to be a pretty cool lake somewhere around here completely surrounded by the forest. It sounded sick, so obviously we had to check it out." You smile and nod, then say "Cool. I hope you don't mind if I come with, right guys?"
No one seems to mind at all, and in fact it seems even better that you are there. You find the lake almost 45 minutes later, and you're all tired and sweating. It's a perfect time to cool off. You look at Paige, however, and she seems to be pointing over at something in the distance. What is it?
