You scoop Xiarel up in your arms, carefully and gently cradle her against you chest, and start walking back towards your village. She gives your flesh kisses and nibbles.
"Where are you taking me?" she asks.
"To my village," you say. "I will treat you with kindness and care, and mate with you as often as you want."
"I have no objection," she says. "But you should know something. I am an aquatic elf, a mermaid. We can breathe on land, but I would be more comfortable in the water."
You kiss her. "I'll take care of everything. You are my mate, and it is my duty to ensure your comfort."
- Go back to the pool you found her in, and build a dwelling there to live with her
- Carry Xiarel back to your village, and build her a pool of water there to live in
