You carefully scoop Angela up in your arms. You carry her down the stairs and out the front door. She does not wake up until you set her down in your passenger seat. You left her glasses inside and she will not be able to see well without them.

"Wyatt? What is going on?" she asks.

"You have become a woman now, Angela. I saw that you were bleeding. I am taking you to get some tampons," you say.

"This is so embarrassing, but thanks," she mumbles.
